A woman in a deep forest green cocoon coat with a mustard wheat scarf, walking through a misty forest clearing at dawn

The Winter Capsule · A Design Concept

Gilded Ensemble

Six pieces, one silhouette, straight out of 1955.

A head-to-toe winter ensemble in the language of golden-age cinema: coat, dress, handbag, hat, gloves, and cashmere scarf, composed as a single piece.

01 · The Story

Dressed, Not Assembled.

There was a decade when a woman never "put together an outfit." She was dressed, head to toe, in a single gesture. The coat knew the dress. The hat had already met the gloves. In 1950s cinema, from the screen to the street, elegance was never assembled. It was composed.

Gilded Ensemble revives that discipline for the modern wardrobe: the Total Look, delivered as one commission. Each winter capsule is six pieces designed in the same atelier conversation, cut from a curated palette, finished to meet one another, and made to your measurements. You do not style it. You simply step inside it.

We cut fifty ensembles per capsule, each carrying its number, from № 01 to № 50. The number is not a claim of scarcity. It is a record that yours was cut for you, and for no one else.

02 · The Six Pieces

Six Pieces. One Conversation.

Designed together, cut together, finished to meet one another. The capsule is sold as a composed set.

01

The Cocoon Coat

Cut in a soft cocoon silhouette that falls from a dropped shoulder, wrapping the body like a held breath. The anchor of the ensemble, every other piece is tuned to its note.

Heavyweight 600g+ double-faced wool-and-alpaca blend, deep forest green (composition per lab report). Hand-set collar, genuine horn buttons, half-canvas construction.

02

The Wrap Dress

The dress the coat was waiting for. A true wrap silhouette in silk velvet with a cream ground, falling to a clean A-line hem. Cinched at will, never fighting the frame.

Silk velvet, cream ground, A-line hem. Wrap waist engineered to sit quietly beneath the coat's sweep.

03

The Handbag

A vintage box clutch, one shade deeper than the coat, by design. Sized for the essentials, nothing rattles, nothing bulges.

Top-grain calfskin, hand-edged and hand-finished, with jewelry hardware.

04

The Hat

The period at the end of the sentence. A pillbox silhouette with a low, deliberate brim. Forest felt, the ribbon in wheat, framing rather than hiding.

Hand-blocked wool felt, finished by hand with veil netting and a velvet detail.

05

The Gloves

Cut for hands that are seen. The smallest piece in the capsule, and the one strangers will ask about.

Supple goatskin nappa, hand-sewn with traditional points, cashmere-lined, cut for touchscreens.

06

The Cashmere Scarf

The gilded interruption. Where the rest of the capsule speaks in forest and cream, the scarf breaks the frame the way gilt breaks a painting: one note, struck once, that makes the whole composition legible.

100% cashmere (pending lab verification), woven and fringed by hand, in mustard wheat gold. The single deliberate contrast in the palette.

03 · The Curated Palette

Not Matching. Composed.

A single color from hat to hem is a uniform; it asks nothing of the eye. Gilded Ensemble works in a curated palette instead, deep forest green, wheat gold, and cream white. Each piece is dyed and finished to hold its own note while answering the others: the coat speaks in forest, the handbag answers one shade deeper, the cashmere scarf interrupts in mustard wheat the way a gilded frame interrupts a painting, and cream is the quiet ground beneath it all.

We do not promise six pieces in one color, because that was never the point. Harmony is not homogeneity. The difference between being dressed in a color and being dressed in a composition is the difference this capsule is built on.

Before You Reserve.

This website is a design concept demonstration, a working sketch of the brand, the capsule, and the ordering experience. Reserving a number expresses serious interest and holds your place in line; production of the first capsule will be confirmed with reservation holders before any payment beyond the refundable deposit is taken.

The deposit reserves your numbered place (№ 01–50) and is credited in full toward your ensemble. It is refundable in full at any time before the production lock date, no questions asked. After lock, it converts to a production credit.

We work made-to-measure-lite: you choose a base size, then complete our measurement guide, bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, and preferred hem length. The atelier adjusts the pattern to your figures before a single piece is cut.

Each capsule is made to order. Delivery of the first winter capsule is planned for January 2027. Reservation holders receive production updates at every milestone: cutting, assembly, finishing, dispatch.

Every ensemble includes one complimentary remake: if a piece misses on fit within 60 days of delivery, we recut it at our cost. Because each piece is made for you, standard off-the-rack returns do not apply; the remake is our answer instead.

The capsule is sold as a composed set. The six pieces stay together, and the palette stays as curated. Hem and sleeve lengths are adjusted to you as part of the made-to-order process; structural redesigns are not offered in the first capsule.

Atelier and production partners are being finalized. Confirmed details, workshops, origins of cloth and leather, will be shared with reservation holders first, before they appear anywhere else.
